What does shipping cost?

Kenya If you live in Kenya we ship to you at a fee depending on where you live and the weight of the item(s) being shipped.

International If you live outside Kenya the shipping cost is determined by the size/volumetric weight of your order and where it is being sent. We use DHL for all international shipments because we believe they offer the fastest and most consistently reliable service from Kenya to the rest of the world.

Are there taxes or duties to pay?

Kenya If you live in Kenya the price is inclusive of VAT @ 16% less delivery charges where applicable. There is nothing more to pay.

International Any order shipped to a destination outside of Kenya may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, rates of which vary depending on the country. E Savanna International charges only for the merchandise and shipping. Import duties and taxes are collected by the international carrier upon delivery. For further information please contact your local Customs or DHL office. For US-based customers, as per national imports policy, US-based orders under $800 are duty-free.

Can I return or exchange my product?

You can return or exchange any E Savanna International product. All you need to do is:

Return it within 7 days of delivery.
Return it unused and accompanied by a copy of our sales invoice, in the original shipping box.

Please note personalized items and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Kenya If you are returning your product from within Kenya, we offer free return shipping.

International If you are returning your product from outside Kenya:

In the event it is damaged or faulty in any way we will not offer free return shipping.
Return shipping for any other reason is at the cost of the customer.

Any refund/exchange process is initiated immediately upon receipt of the returned product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@esavanna.com.
